FAQ's

May I bring my children to my appointment? Children are not allowed unless having a service. The salon is not a safe environment for children. We have stairs, sharp blades & hot tools laying out. Also, if your "pint size" has "adult size" hair you may be charge adult prices.

What if I am not happy with my hair? PLEASE let us know or so we can make it right. We want everyone excited about their hair. We consider it a favor, if you have concerns by letting us know!

Why do stylist charge different prices? Prices are based on an artist industry experience. advanced education & availability. Feel free to request a stylist in the price range you are comfortable with.

POLICIES

What is your cancellation policy? We require a 24 hour notice on rescheduling or canceling a appointment, otherwise you will be charged 50% of missed service/services. After 2nd incident, you will need to prepay for your future appointments. We schedule services & timing for these services specially for you and other guest. We also work off a waiting list, where others are waiting for availability for an appointment.

What is your return policy on products? If you don't like product or the product is defective, we will exchange for a product equal or less value.

What if I am late for an appointment? We can usually make it work. However more than 15 minutes late, you  will be asked to reschedule. Our service providers are booked back to back with guest, which means every guest after you will be seen late. We value every guest time with us!
